Mid-adulthood is a time of great change for most women. You are advancing in your career, looking for a partner, settling down and starting a family of your own. These are all exciting and big changes in your life. They also can arouse uncertainty, worry, and stress as you take on new roles and responsibilities. Your identity may change as become the boss, a wife or a mother. Self-care may fall by the wayside as you juggle competing priorities and caring for others in your life.

Mid-adulthood also means your support systems are changing. Your friendships take a back seat as you start your own family. Long time friends move away to start their own families. It’s also harder to make new friendships in adulthood. You may feel overwhelmed by being pulled in million different directions and don’t have much time to yourself, much less to devote to creating a new social life.

I understand the complexities of being a woman and have supported many women through major life changes. I will partner with you to help you take better care yourself and your emotional well being.
